Start with the search bar. You can type a name, common alias, or equipment, for example `dumbbell bench` or `cable fly`.
`Recent`, `Muscles`, and `Filters` stay visible. Applied values appear below as chips: tap one chip X to remove it without losing the query.
Use `Only mine` to see personal exercises only. `Reset` clears session filters; `Save as default` keeps the selected filters for future visits.
If no useful result appears, the full recovery state offers static images, personal creation, a variant, or a missing-exercise report. Good results do not show competing recovery actions.
When rebuilding a similar session, check `Recent` and `Most used` before inventing a new name.
During a workout, open exercise search and type the missing name.
Use `Create personal` when the movement is not in the catalog or the setup is specific to you.
Use `Guide me to create a variant` if you do not know where to go: the light guide highlights `Details` on the base exercise and then `Create Variant`.
Use `Details` > `Create Variant` when you want to start from the muscles, equipment, and pattern of an existing catalog exercise.
If you previously had Premium or a higher limit and then return to a plan with fewer slots, extra exercises stay saved but become locked: you cannot use them in new selections until you free space or upgrade.
The counter in the `Exercises` tab shows the current quota; locked exercises remain visible so you can edit, delete, or decide which ones to keep.
Keep names specific but short: clear enough to understand months later, not so creative that future-you loses the thread. Good example: `Leg Press 45 gym X machine`; weak example: `Leg machine`.
If the answer is not here, contact support with device, platform, a clear problem description, and ideally a screenshot.

Useful follow-up reads that complete the same flow without sending you into internal documentation.
A useful training log starts with a few well-chosen fields. Use TUT and the metronome when you also want to control rep timing.
The Templates area is not a single list. `Library`, `Exercises`, and `Store` serve different jobs, and understanding that makes the app easier to navigate.
Analytics brings Progress, Balance, and Load into one page; History remains the place to review individual sessions.
When a base exercise has linked personal variants, its card shows the count and `Details` lists them. Tap a variant to select it without creating a duplicate.
From the `Exercises` tab inside Templates, you can manage, edit, or delete personal exercises you already created, including with row swipe actions.
In the custom exercise form, TUT is set with four pickers, one per phase, from 0 to 5 seconds.
