1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FitLog Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

FitLog Pro is a workout tracking application that helps users log training sessions, save routines, monitor progress, and access optional premium features.

3. Eligibility and Account Use

• You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 where required by local law.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful personal purposes.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• FitLog Pro may offer monthly, yearly, or lifetime premium plans.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• You can manage or cancel an active subscription through your store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their applicable policies.

5. User Content and Data

• You retain ownership of the workout data and other content you create.
• You grant FitLog Pro the limited right to store and process that data to provide the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app, upload malicious material, impersonate others, or use the app in violation of applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

FitLog Pro, including its software, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by Michele Ferrara and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.

8. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

FitLog Pro is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a physician, personal trainer, or other qualified professional. Exercise carries inherent risks. You are solely responsible for your training decisions and physical condition.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitLog Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, loss of data, or injuries resulting from training. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Public deletion instructions are available at https://fitlogpro.it/legal/account-deletion.html. FitLog Pro may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, unlawful activity, non-payment for premium services, or material breach of these terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
