Choose the exercise where the drop set should apply.
Use the `Protocol` preview to check initial reps, number of drops, and reduction percentage.
Set rest between drops, total sets, and rest between sets based on how you will execute the block.
Use 2 to 8 stages, 1 to 100 reps per stage, and positive loads that decrease from one stage to the next.
Save the block when the structure matches what you will execute.
Run the phases in the configured order.
Update the actual load and reps when they differ from the plan. The summary uses what you performed.
At the end, select RPE and review the summary, then use `Confirm Set`; you can also choose `Skip RPE`.
If you try to restart an already completed drop set, confirm the reset first to prevent accidental data loss.
If the answer is not here, contact support with device, platform, a clear problem description, and ideally a screenshot.

Useful follow-up reads that complete the same flow without sending you into internal documentation.
Advanced techniques are real parts of the product, but they help most when they improve the workout instead of simply making the log harder to read.
A superset groups multiple exercises into rounds. It works well for density, but only if the structure stays readable.
Rest-pause splits one intense effort into mini phases with short rests. It works best when targets are configured before execution.
