The Templates area is not a single list. `Library`, `Exercises`, and `Store` serve different jobs, and understanding that makes the app easier to navigate.

At the top you may see quick entries such as `My templates`, `Guided create`, `Discover FitLog`, and `Community`. They are visual shortcuts and do not change tabs, filters, codes, or Store behavior.
The screen has three real tabs: `Library`, `Exercises`, and `Store`.
`Library` contains your editable workout templates. `Exercises` holds custom exercises and advanced builders. `Store` is for discovering content and saving copies to Library, without starting a workout from this screen.
On the web dashboard, the same operating shortcuts appear as quick chips: `Template`, `Custom exercises`, `Template store`, `Use code`, and `Wiki`. On mobile they also live in the main menu; language and theme controls are no longer shown there, so the menu stays focused on training flows.
In Mesocycle Planner, the last step is a review: first check what will be created, then open only the adjustments you actually need.
When you create a mesocycle, FitLog Pro generates templates linked to the individual planner sessions.
If you complete a workout started from one of these templates, the matching planner session is checked automatically.
Keep Library lean. A small set of clear templates is better than a long list you never open. If you only need a variation, duplicate the base template instead of rebuilding everything.

If the answer is not here, contact support with device, platform, a clear problem description, and ideally a screenshot.

Useful follow-up reads that complete the same flow without sending you into internal documentation.
Use FitLogPro GPT to generate a multi-week block with templates linked to Mesocycle Planner, including preview and confirmation before saving.
The practical path for sending a routine to someone else, redeeming a template code, and saving an editable copy to your Library.
The real in-app flow: start from the simplified Home, use `Free Workout` or a template, add exercises, and finish without polluting history or analytics.
Advanced techniques are real parts of the product, but they help most when they improve the workout instead of simply making the log harder to read.
