Open the Superset builder from Exercises or the advanced flow.
Add the exercises that make up the sequence.
Check the `Protocol` preview: it shows A1, A2, optional rest between exercises, and rest after each round.
Configure rounds, reps, and rests until the sequence matches what you will actually run.
Tap `Create Superset` only after the final review. Closing the protocol preview no longer creates the block automatically.
Tap the superset card, or open its `...` menu and choose `Edit Superset`.
Use `Add Exercise` to extend the sequence. A superset must keep at least two exercises.
Open a row menu to replace, remove, or move an exercise. You can also drag the handle to quickly change the A, B, C order.
Review the sequence and tap `Save Changes`. `Cancel` leaves the workout unchanged.
Open the current superset round.
Log weights and reps for each exercise in the sequence.
Each confirmed exercise is saved immediately. If you close with the dedicated control and return to the round, completed entries remain available.
If RPE is enabled, save it when the flow asks for it.
Complete all rounds before considering the block finished.
If the answer is not here, contact support with device, platform, a clear problem description, and ideally a screenshot.

Useful follow-up reads that complete the same flow without sending you into internal documentation.
Advanced techniques are real parts of the product, but they help most when they improve the workout instead of simply making the log harder to read.
A drop set organizes one set with successive load drops. Configure the phases clearly so the log remains useful later.
Rest-pause splits one intense effort into mini phases with short rests. It works best when targets are configured before execution.
