On Home, tap the status beside the greeting. The same control is also available near the top of Profile.
Choose `Active`, `Sick`, or `Vacation`. Sick also covers injury; Vacation can represent any planned break.
For a pause, choose until tomorrow, 7 days, 14 days, a custom date, or `Until I change it`.
Tap `Save status`.
Tap `Resume training` on the Home card if you want to return early.
Alternatively, open the selector and choose `Active`.
If you selected an end date, FitLog Pro returns to Active the first time you reopen the app after it ends and restores future reminders.
If the answer is not here, contact support with device, platform, a clear problem description, and ideally a screenshot.

Useful follow-up reads that complete the same flow without sending you into internal documentation.
The real in-app flow: start from the simplified Home, use `Free Workout` or a template, add exercises, and finish without polluting history or analytics.
Appearance, automatic timer behavior, and advanced tracking change the pace of a session. Set them once and keep logging consistent.
Analytics brings Progress, Balance, and Load into one page; History remains the place to review individual sessions.
