Home is the fastest launch point. Before your first completed workout, it intentionally stays simple: greeting, `Free Workout`, access to templates, and a guided path.
After your first completed workout, Home shows richer stats, cards, and suggestions. Workout is where you actually build or run the session. Profile gathers `Stats`, `History`, `Measures`, `Calendar`, and access to settings.
From Home, try `Free Workout` if you want to understand the base flow without starting from a template.
If you prefer more guidance, use the template entry from Home and choose `Guide me` or `My templates`.
Open Profile > Settings and adjust language, units, sounds, default rest time, and keep screen awake.
If you want your data across devices, sign in before building up a lot of history.
Complete at least one full workout. Stats, History, and analytics become much more useful once real sessions exist.
If the answer is not here, contact support with device, platform, a clear problem description, and ideally a screenshot.
Your feedback helps us improve guides for all users.
Useful follow-up reads that complete the same flow without sending you into internal documentation.
The real in-app flow: start from the simplified Home, use `Free Workout` or a template, add exercises, and finish without polluting history or analytics.
If you want to keep your data safe, you need to know where account, sync, and subscription management actually live: mostly in Settings, not inside workouts.
The Templates area is not a single list. `Library`, `Exercises`, and `Store` serve different jobs, and understanding that makes the app easier to navigate.
