If you want to keep your data safe, you need to know where account, sync, and subscription management actually live: mostly in Settings, not inside workouts.

The useful entries are mainly in Profile > Settings: `Account`, `Data & Backup`, and `GymBro Premium`.
Inside `Data & Backup`, you can find Health Sync, Import Data, Export Data, and when available, `Repair workout cloud sync` to retry missing uploads.
`Data reliability` shows counts only: saved items still on this device waiting to sync, or saved items that need attention. For workouts, the number comes from the queue saved on the phone, not from one generic cloud error. It never shows workout, measurement, hydration, or photo contents.
The row also explains whether the last cloud copy is recent, missing, waiting, or needs attention. Data that is still local is not lost: use `Retry` after the connection recovers, because it repeats only operations that can safely resume without creating duplicates.
Tap the row to view workouts, measurements, hydration, and progress photos separately. You can retry one area or all areas; this view never shows personal contents or technical errors. If a progress photo has an incomplete local file, the app first suggests exporting a private queue copy.
`Sync diagnostic` opens your phone share sheet with a support file: app version, cloud status, and counts. It does not contain account IDs, health values, notes, photos, or queued contents.
`Export pending queues` is only for saved data that is stuck or when support asks for it: it opens the share sheet with a complete personal recovery copy. It is not a regular backup. The file can contain private metadata: share it only with people you trust.

A product map based on the real app flow, so Home, Workout, Profile, and Templates stop feeling interchangeable.
Profile does not replace Stats. It is the personal control room of the app, with quick access to consistency, measures, history, and settings.
Before contacting support, it is worth checking a few targeted things. In practice, most issues reduce to account, permissions, connectivity, or sessions that were not finished cleanly.
