Open Profile > Settings.
Tap `Data & privacy` in the main list or quick settings panel.
From there you can also open Health settings and ad preferences.
FitLog Pro does not show UMP during onboarding or workouts. After the first completed workout, a non-blocking card may remind you where to manage ad preferences.
Ads are requested only for eligible free users after UMP preferences allow ad requests. If consent is missing, banner or inline ad placements stay hidden and retry after ad preferences are updated.
Rewarded videos for renewing a custom exercise grant the renewal only after the reward callback completes. If the video is unavailable or fails, FitLog Pro may offer one courtesy renewal per exercise every 24 hours.
On iOS, the ATT prompt remains separate from the privacy center. UMP preferences open only from Ad privacy when required.
Turn off `Web/GPT health sharing` in Data & privacy.
Revocation is saved first: the website and FitLog Pro GPT immediately stop reading profile health fields and samples.
FitLog Pro then deletes the encrypted summary used by web services.
If cleanup fails, consent remains revoked and you can use `Retry` from the error message.
If the answer is not here, contact support with device, platform, a clear problem description, and ideally a screenshot.

Useful follow-up reads that complete the same flow without sending you into internal documentation.
A product map based on the real app flow, so Home, Workout, Profile, and Templates stop feeling interchangeable.
Health sync mainly connects workouts and body measurements with data that already exists on your phone. It does not replace workout logging.
After a completed workout, FitLog Pro shows a visual summary with recorded effort, available metrics, a neutral comparison, estimated muscles, and the next session; on Monday it can also prepare the weekly report and a shareable Weekly Verdict card.
