Open the `fitlogpro.it/c/CODE` link or scan the coach QR code.
Alternatively, when the pilot is enabled for your account, open `Profile` and enter the code in the coach card.
When user prompts are enabled, FitLog Pro can show the same card in exercise search if you do not have active coach catalogs.
Check the preview: it shows the coach profile, exercise count, and a few examples, not full videos or complete technical notes.
Sign in or create the account you will use in the app.
If the pilot is enabled for your account, FitLog Pro opens the coach screen and proposes activation with yearly Premium.
Before confirming, the card shows `What you share` and the `Confirm connection` sheet: you can enable workouts/templates, nutrition, health/recovery, and body measurements separately.
After activation, the coach sees the athlete in `Your athletes` with access limited to the scopes you selected, in addition to the coach catalog exercise source.
After activation, the coach catalog becomes an extra exercise-search source alongside the FitLog library and your custom exercises.
In `Profile`, FitLog Pro replaces the code/application cards with a compact active-coach card: photo, name, and status remain visible; tap the card to expand studio, enabled permissions in a balanced grid, and the latest catalog update.
From the expanded card, use `Manage permissions` to change the shared scopes. The sheet hugs its content and scrolls on compact displays; it starts from your current choices, and disabled scopes stay private.
From the same card, use `End collaboration` when you want to disconnect the coach. FitLog Pro first shows a confirmation summarizing what will change.
From the website, open `fitlogpro.it/coach` or use the `Coach Partner` link on the home page: if you do not have an account yet, sign up and return automatically to the application. If your coach account is already approved, the home page opens the `Coach Area` directly, and the normal dashboard shows the same button so you can return later.
Open the Coach Dashboard to copy the public `fitlogpro.it/c/CODE` link immediately, show the QR code, and save public photo/logo, public name, brand, short description, website, Instagram, and YouTube.
If the answer is not here, contact support with device, platform, a clear problem description, and ideally a screenshot.

Useful follow-up reads that complete the same flow without sending you into internal documentation.
If you want to keep your data safe, you need to know where account, sync, and subscription management actually live: mostly in Settings, not inside workouts.
The Templates area is not a single list. `Library`, `Exercises`, and `Store` serve different jobs, and understanding that makes the app easier to navigate.
Search by name, alias, or equipment, check filters and your gym profile, then create a personal exercise only when the catalog truly is not enough.
Open `Coach Area > Athletes` to work on active athletes: the page shows compact tiles with profile photo or initials, name/nickname, and opens dashboard, past workouts with exercises, sets, warm-ups, RPE, timers, and coach signals beside the modified set, existing or assigned templates, food diary with meal/food insertion timestamps, meal comments sent by push notification, a satiety dashboard with times, scores, and hunger reasons, push reminders for missing satiety check-ins, the full in-app body measurements set (weight/body fat, neck, shoulders, chest, waist, abdomen, hips, left/right biceps, forearms, thighs, calves, and device metrics), and stats according to granted permissions.
If you are not approved yet, the Dashboard shows the Coach Partner application: fill in profile, links, specialties, estimated catalog size, motivation, content-rights confirmation, and terms.
Until the application is approved, the public link and operational QR remain locked.
The coach photo or logo appears on the invite page and in the app preview: use JPG, PNG, or WebP; FitLog Pro optimizes it before saving and you can remove it at any time.
You can choose which links appear on the invite and customize card colors and background: these settings stay in the public coach profile and can be changed after the link has already been shared.
The public page remains visible when the coach is approved and rollout is active: a custom catalog is not required to start.
After approval, the Coach Dashboard shows `Coach channel`: link, QR, and the FitLog library are already ready; `Catalog` is only for personalization.
Open `Coach Area > Catalog` from the web panel when you want to create a recommended selection or add personal variants.
In `Choose from the FitLog library`, search across 2,000+ FitLog exercises and add the ones you want to highlight for your athletes.
If an exercise is not in the FitLog library or is a very specific variant, use `Custom exercise` to add it manually to the selection.
Use `Bulk CSV/XLSX/TXT import` only when you already have a ready list with columns such as name, YouTube video, technique, cues, category, focus, and an optional HTTPS image.
If you have local images for imported rows, after parsing the file use `Match images`: FitLog uploads JPG, PNG, or WebP files up to 2 MB and matches names like `squat.png` to the image column or exercise name.
If you do not provide a valid image, FitLog Pro automatically uses the YouTube thumbnail as the catalog preview.
Review the preview before saving: it can include exercises chosen from the FitLog library, custom exercises, or imported rows.
Use `Save selection` so FitLog Pro can validate and save the personalization server-side.
When the selection is ready, use `Publish custom` to show it in the coach preview and flow.
If you need to stop the personalization without deleting your work, use `Take offline`: the coach link remains usable with the FitLog library.
