Turning automatic tips off does not delete guides or prevent voluntary help. Where available, `Show me how` therefore remains usable.
Open Profile > Settings > Tutorial & Help.
Turn `Contextual Tutorials` on or off.
This choice controls only tips that may open automatically while you use the app.
When a screen offers `Show me how`, you start the explanation yourself. A replay is recorded only if the guide actually appears, so a loading failure does not change the previous history.
Screens are moving gradually to this shared system. An older guide may temporarily keep its screen-specific behavior until it is updated.
Closing the set editor or RPE screen without confirming does not complete the guide by mistake: the step remains available and no fake set is saved.
On your first eligible visit to Workout, the `Is this your first workout? Want a guide?` card stays in the page and never starts anything by itself.
Tap `Not now` to continue without explanations. The automatic invitation does not return, but `Guide` remains available whenever you need it.
Tap `Show me` to start a real workout and follow the path from `+` to the first confirmed set.
Guide starts only when you request it. You can skip it; if you interrupt it while active, FitLog Pro keeps your place. After completion, the result is remembered and the guide does not reopen by itself during a normal workout.
Open Workout when no session is active.
Tap `Free Workout` to add an exercise immediately without explanations.
Tap `Guide` to follow the eight-step assisted path.
The first explanation highlights `+`: from there, search the database or choose a personal exercise.
Open Profile > Settings > Advanced.
Tap `Reset Guidance History` and read the summary before confirming.
Migrated guides and available automatic tips can then be shown again.
If the answer is not here, contact support with device, platform, a clear problem description, and ideally a screenshot.

Useful follow-up reads that complete the same flow without sending you into internal documentation.
A product map based on the real app flow, so Home, Workout, Profile, and Templates stop feeling interchangeable.
Appearance, automatic timer behavior, and advanced tracking change the pace of a session. Set them once and keep logging consistent.
At the end, log effort or use `Skip RPE`. The information icon beside RPE always reopens the complete explanation.
