Open `Measures` from Profile and choose the metric and time range from the two menus above the chart.
Drag the chart left or right to explore your history, and pinch with two fingers to zoom into the period you want to inspect.
Vertical-axis values stay inside the chart, so you can read the trend without losing horizontal space.
Tap the Full screen icon to see only the selected metric chart in landscape; it hides controls, summaries, and height because height remains constant.
Open `Calendar` from Profile: month and completed workouts appear immediately, without opening calendar sync setup first.
Tap the period button beside sync and choose `Monthly`, `Annual`, or `History` to aggregate workout count, volume, and training time over that range.
In the monthly view, swipe right for the previous month and left for the next one. The calendar stops at the current month.
Tap Workouts, Volume, Time, or Days since last workout to read what the value measures and which period it uses.
Use Profile as your day-to-day control room. It helps you move quickly between recent sessions and personal measures without opening the more technical Stats area every time.
If the answer is not here, contact support with device, platform, a clear problem description, and ideally a screenshot.
Your feedback helps us improve guides for all users.
Useful follow-up reads that complete the same flow without sending you into internal documentation.
Analytics brings Progress, Balance, and Load into one page; History remains the place to review individual sessions.
Health sync mainly connects workouts and body measurements with data that already exists on your phone. It does not replace workout logging.
If you want to keep your data safe, you need to know where account, sync, and subscription management actually live: mostly in Settings, not inside workouts.
Tap a calendar day to see workouts logged on that date. Filled days indicate at least one completed workout.
Tap the sync icon in the header to connect or manage Google Calendar and the system calendar.
