Open the details of a supported exercise and find the strength-level section.
Read your estimated result and current level at the top.
Keep `By bodyweight` selected to use the official bodyweight row closest to your profile.
Tap `By age` to use the nearest age row. The two tables stay separate and are never averaged.
Compare your result with Beginner, Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Elite. Displayed values remain those of the selected table.
When an exercise uses two dumbbells and FitLog history stores the pair total, the comparison is normalized to one dumbbell. For example, 40 kg total becomes 20 kg per dumbbell in the table. Single-dumbbell exercises such as the goblet squat are not divided by two.

Choose whether you enter one dumbbell weight or total load. FitLog Pro uses the exercise setup to keep volume, records, and progression consistent.
