Open `Visual progress` from Home or Profile > Progress photos.
Tap `Add photo` and choose pose, date, and time with the wheel pickers. When you backdate a photo, FitLog Pro suggests the closest weight within 30 days of the selected date; equal distances prefer the earlier value.
Before or after the photo, update `Measures` with body fat, lean mass, waist, and other useful circumferences: FitLog Pro uses the closest value for each metric within 30 days of the photo.
If you use Nutrition, keep logging calories, protein, and water across the month: the comparison uses averages from logged days, not a single day.
After saving a photo, FitLog Pro plans the next checkpoint from the active photo reminder settings. A monthly interval is long enough to reveal real trends: when you take the second photo, the card compares the month before the old photo with the month before the new photo.
When the reminder arrives, try to repeat lighting, distance, pose, and time of day. Ghost Overlay can help you align with the previous photo for the same pose.
If the answer is not here, contact support with device, platform, a clear problem description, and ideally a screenshot.

Useful follow-up reads that complete the same flow without sending you into internal documentation.
Profile does not replace Stats. It is the personal control room of the app, with quick access to consistency, measures, history, and settings.
Analytics brings Progress, Balance, and Load into one page; History remains the place to review individual sessions.
How to use the visual Home card, quick nutrition panel, and web Nutrition view without turning FitLog Pro into a separate food editor.
After a completed workout, FitLog Pro shows a visual summary with recorded effort, available metrics, a neutral comparison, estimated muscles, and the next session; on Monday it can also prepare the weekly report and a shareable Weekly Verdict card.
Complete and save workouts normally: workout count and total volume are read from the 30 days before the photo.
Save multiple poses on the same day if you want front, side, and back comparisons to stay consistent.
