From Home, open the `Nutrition` card.
Tap `Enable` in the `Want to enable satiety check-ins?` callout.
Confirm from the bottom sheet: FitLog saves the preference and prepares reminders.
From the `Integrations` tab, under `Quick nutrition`, you can turn `Check-ins after main meals` on or off.
The preset uses breakfast, lunch, and dinner within their respective time windows, with a 45-minute delay.
