Use this flow when the value of the notes is mainly the structure of the routine, not the historical record of a finished session. In that case the most useful output is a template you can reopen from `Library`.
Open the official GPT from `Connect GPT`.
Send text, photos, or mixed input and explicitly ask for a `Template`.
Review exercises, ordering, structure, and how weights should be treated before confirming.
Reopen FitLog Pro and check that the template appears in the correct part of Library.
