If you see `Unusual activity`, treat it as a ChatGPT-side app/network block: switch network, disable VPN/proxy, or retry after logout/login.
That banner is shown by ChatGPT before Fitlog can return a normal Action response. It usually points to the app session, device attestation, VPN/proxy, DNS filtering, or a flagged network path rather than the number of Fitlog users.
