Delete your account in the app
Fastest option: open FitLog Pro and go to Settings -> Delete Account.
Delete your account without the app
- Send an email to privacy@fitlogpro.it.
- Use the subject line
FitLog Pro Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your FitLog Pro account.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
- Account profile and authentication record
- Workout history, templates, preferences, and synced user metadata
- Progress photos linked to your account
- Body measurements and other user-generated fitness data associated with your account
- Optional Health sharing summaries stored for FitLog/TiNutro companion features
- FitLog-owned ChatGPT workflow jobs, app handoff tokens, bridge tokens and integration records tied to your account where retained
- TiNutro companion data linked to your FitLog account, including nutrition diary, kcal and macro intake, targets, hydration and mirrored fitness snapshots
What may be retained temporarily
- Operational backups retained for a limited period
- Minimal records required for fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, or legal compliance
- Public content that must be anonymized instead of kept with identifying information
Processing time
Verified deletion requests are targeted for completion within 30 days, except where shorter-term backup retention, billing reconciliation, security, antifraud, or legal obligations require limited temporary retention. Operational backups may persist for a limited period, typically up to 90 days.
